BIM Manager

Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Egypt.

• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance across all disciplines.
• Manage BIM workflows, standards, and protocols in alignment with ISO 19650 or project-specific requirements.
• Review and approve BIM models and documentation for quality, coordination, and compliance.
• Lead coordination meetings and clash detection sessions using tools like Navisworks or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Oversee the submission process of BIM deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BIM Coordinators and project teams.
• Coordinate with IT and software vendors to ensure optimal BIM software performance and licensing.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in BIM management on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of IFC standards, COBie, and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, IPD).
