➢ Oversee the complete execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. ➢ Manage all on-site construction activities, including contractor coordination, workforce management, and efficient resource allocation. ➢ Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met on time. ➢ Ensure full compliance with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards. ➢ Lead and motivate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and laborers, to maintain productivity and meet project objectives. ➢ Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to address and resolve project challenges effectively. ➢ Oversee procurement and material inventory to prevent shortages and delays. ➢ Identify potential risks in the project and implement measures to minimize them. ➢ Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

➢ Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve. ➢ Overseeing several projects at the same time. ➢ Selecting project team and leading a project team with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project & resolving any issues or delays. ➢ Negotiate contracts with sub-contractors & suppliers to reach profitable agreements. ➢ Determine needed resources (workforce, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. ➢ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. ➢ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. ➢ Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities. ➢ Supervise the work of engineers, laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed. ➢ Evaluate progress and submit detailed reports to the client and stakeholders. ➢ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

➢ Supervise the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects. Ensure the projects adhere to all plans and regulations and that safety measures are appropriately taken. A typical day may take place onsite of the current project or in an office preparing for project requirements. ➢ Involved in the design, specifications, and execution of project. Using expertise to evaluate construction projects and determine the best engineering method or practice to accomplish the job. ➢ Supervising construction staff is another of the duties. Ensure staff are professionally trained in the use of all equipment, that all staff have access to and use any safety gear and that the team is reaching the required milestones. If the construction team encounters any technical issues, I should evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solutions in coordination with the project manager. ➢ Strong leadership abilities and experience managing projects, have excellent oral and written communication skills and collaborators. Diligence and the ability to troubleshoot are also imperative. ➢ Lead project and supervise staff, reporting directly to project manager. ➢ Attend meetings with the ID department to know all finishing to be done in the site, involve in technical issues and coordinate with the site team to have final approval of ID drawings & specifications. ➢ Daily meetings with site team discussing the actual progress status and compared with plan progress to avoid any upcoming delays. ➢ Attend architecture, structure & MEP coordination meeting with consultant / contractor & subcontractor to solve any technical issues, resources required& any update regarding authorities. ➢ Assist the project manager with the payments raised by the consultant & attend any site visit to check the payments. ➢ Attend a meeting with the consultant for any RFI raised by contractor & finalized.
