Develop and implement an effective HSE proactive monitoring program. This includes joint inspection with Contractors, Audits, Quarterly audits, Fire safety audits, meetings, and presentations, in addition to producing all relevant HSE reports as per the client's requirements. • Permit Management: Reviewing and approving safety permits; work at height, hot work, confined space, lifting permit etc. and ensure adherence to approved PTW systems/procedures • Immediate Action for Unsafe Conditions: Taking immediate action in case of imminent risks and communicating with relevant stakeholders. • Training and Awareness: Identifying HSE training needs, delivering training and awareness programs to APG and contractor staff. • Service Provider Meetings: Arranging and conducting meetings with service providers and other Business Units as directed. • Legal Compliance: Monitoring legal compliance in the project and advising on deviations-Environmental and OH&S Compliances. • Holiday Coverage: Providing H&S coverage during holidays if required by operations. • Emergency Preparedness: Preparing emergency drill plans, tracking completion, and attending emergencies. • ISO Compliance: Ensuring compliance with ISO requirements and conducting internal audits.
