QS and Estimation Engineer

Al Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a QS and Estimating Engineer to join our dynamic team in Egypt.

Requirements:

• 08-12 years experience in Egypt with Similar nature of projects and in international consultants.
• Strong knowledge of international standards for quantity surveying and cost control.
• Strong communication, reporting and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in cost analysis, material selection, and value engineering.
• Using different type of software such as Bluebeam, plan swift, AutoCAD and Cost X (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
