Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Estimating Quantities of materials and prepare BOQ
• Review specifications
• Preparing Tender documents
• Technical and commercial Tender analysis for contractors
• To arrange, analyze, and compare Quotation from different contractor to choose most appropriate one.
• Review Architecture, Structure & MEP drawings with brief specifications from client and prepare checklists before tender documents preparation and check with architect to rectify the problems if there any
• Review Structure drawings with Soil Investigation reports and recommendations from soil labs and prepare checklists and check with Structural engineer to rectify the problems if there any
• Preparation of quantity for cost estimates and cost control measures
• Reviewing Monthly Payments
• Meeting up with suppliers, reviewing samples to match specification and architecture selection.
• Reviewing Quantity and Amounts of Variations from Contractors.
• To arrange, Review, and estimate RFP’s and work on commercial proposals for upcoming possible projects.
• Coordination between site and office teams for any inquire or documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 6 Years Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Administration.
• Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revit, Cost, and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and multitasking skills.
