Landscape BIM Architect

We are seeking a Landscape Architect with strong design and technical skills to develop and deliver landscape projects from concept through detailed design. The successful candidate will be confident working in a BIM environment and able to coordinate landscape designs with architecture, structural, infrastructure, and MEP teams

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of international BIM standards – preferred.
• Experience 7 years at least 5 years in relevant positions
• 5years of experience working in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape concepts, layouts, planting plans, hardscape designs, and presentation materials.
• Prepare technical drawings, details, schedules, specifications, and design reports.
• Create and update landscape BIM models in Revit, ensuring consistency with drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate levels, grading, materials, and interfaces with other disciplines.
• Review design deliverables for technical accuracy, buildability, and compliance with project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Strong landscape design ability and sound technical knowledge of hardscape, softscape, grading, and construction details.
• Experience in BIM modeling and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and 3ds Max to prepare design presentations and visualizations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage design tasks and deadlines.
