Landscape BIM Architect

We are currently seeking talented Landscape BIM Architect to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of international BIM standards – preferred.
• Experience 7 years at least 5 years in relevant positions
• 5years of experience working in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conceptual design of the architecture and landscape projects, including visualization tasks.
• Perform as Revit modeler and designer for landscape models
• Work collaboratively with your project team members from all disciplines on the BIM shared environment.
• Respond professionally to your line manager and project team leader.
• Work positively with team spirit, helping to understand that the success of one is success to all.
• Creating and maintaining BIM models that accurately represent the design intent and meet project specifications.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting BIM issues.
• Follow the BIM standards.
• Understanding the project requirements and objectives and developing a BIM model accordingly.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on model progress, clash detections, and coordination efforts with project stakeholders.
• Extract and compile quantities and cost estimates from BIM models to support the procurement and budgeting processes.
• Create and manage the project’s digital library of BIM components, including parametric families and objects specific to the project’s needs.
• Implement virtual and augmented reality presentations of BIM models to facilitate project visualization, design review, and stakeholder engagement in more obscure or complex projects.
