Junior Proposal Engineer

We are currently seeking talented Junior Proposal Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to engineering consultancy, tendering or proposal preparation is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written English and clear communication.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage deadlines.
• Fast learner with a positive, collaborative and continuous-improvement mindset

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Review RFPs, prepare compliance checklists and track submission requirements.
• Coordinate proposal inputs with internal disciplines and specialist subconsultants.
• Format, compile, quality-check and support the timely submission of tenders.
• Maintain proposal templates, trackers, databases and the Proposal Management Library.
• Support lessons learned, win/loss reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical & Digital Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Adobe Acrobat knowledge.
• Good document organization, formatting and quality-control capability.
• Basic AutoCAD and BIM/Revit awareness is preferred.
